Ticket Sales Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
The Portland Sea Dogs Ticket Sales Department is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with ticket sales for the 2026 season. The ideal individual will help grow the sales department by engaging in meaningful conversations with Sea Dogs fans! This position requires working a mix of game days and non-game days as a member of the ticket department. This position will begin in March 2026 and will run through the conclusion of the 2026 season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Ticketing Department
· Sell and coordinate group tickets, ticket plans & hospitality events through cold calling, community appearances, and networking.
· Service current ticket accounts.
· Research and develop new sales leads
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of our Birthday Party groups, including selling and servicing groups on game days
· Assist in the management of ticketing technologies, including Tickets.com, FEVO, FanRally, and KORE
· Handle administrative tasks such as printing & mailing tickets, updating customer information, and booking ticket orders.
· Display strong customer service skills when working with customers and fans.
· Follow and implement all ticket office procedures, including opening and closing procedures and staff training.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Interest in working in a ticketing or sales department within the sports industry
