OVERVIEW:
- Provide quick and quality customer service to event patrons as a member of the Concession Stand team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Customer order fulfillment.
· Operation of Point-of-Sale terminal.
· Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
· Assure the production of the best quality product possible.
· Maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
· Work and communicate with others and perform any other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to learn a Point-of-Sale System.
· Good oral communication skills.
· Neat, clean, and orderly appearance.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to work a varied schedule (Nights, weekends, and holidays)
· Must be at least 14 years of age.
· PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
RATE OF PAY:
· $18.00/HOUR + Tips
