The Hartford Yard Goats, the Class Double-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, are seeking
hard working, goal-oriented individuals for the 2026 Double-A Eastern League season. Our
success is measured by the consistent delivery of a fun and entertaining experience for our fans,
the community, and our players. We depend upon the efforts of many associates to make our
organization successful. The Hartford Yard Goats Professional Development Program Senior
Associate will provide a great opportunity for individuals looking to immerse themselves in a
full-service, industry-leading sports and entertainment venue. The Yard Goats are looking for
dedicated, dynamic individuals who are enthusiastic and possess a wide-range of skills, and
who are equipped to handle a variety of day-to-day operational tasks while working to create a
positive, fun-filled environment for our fans, staff and partners. Bilingual in Spanish is a strong
plus.

This opportunity is an optimal way to get your foot in the door, learn about Minor League
Baseball, and deepen experience in the fields of sport management, hospitality, and
entertainment. You will gain hands-on experience with a specific department as an integral
member of the department team for the 2026 campaign. Senior Associates will collaborate with
the entire Front Office team, including marketing and promotions, corporate and group sales,
box office and ticket operations, customer and guest service, community partnerships, and
merchandise, to name a few. Additionally, Senior Associates will also have direct exposure to
members of the executive and senior management teams and the ownership group.
The Hartford Yard Goats Professional Development Program Senior Associate is a paid
position. You will work up to 30 hours per week between office hours, Yard Goats Home
Games, and outside events. The Senior Associate position will begin in January, and run
through September 30th. Associates will be first in line for consideration for full time front
office positions, should they become available. Candidates should be prepared to fulfill the full
timeframe.

· Marketing & Promotions - You will join the Yard Goats award-winning social media team,
and contribute to content creation, posting, and social media management (Facebook,
Instagram, X, TikToK, LinkedIn). In addition, you will work with the promotions team in
helping to create & execute promotions & theme nights, assisting with the on-field run of show
on game days, and fan engagement & appreciation activities. You will also work directly with
Yard Goats sponsorship clients on campaign activation and sponsorship fulfillment. Fluency in
Spanish is a plus.

· Box Office - You will assist in processing season ticket, hospitality and group ticket orders,
managing the box office staff, and generating in-person and over the phone individual ticket
orders.
