The Visitors Clubhouse Attendant reports directly to the Baseball Operations Coordinator and is responsible for performing all duties pertaining to the operation of the Visitors Clubhouse at UPMC Park.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Visitors Clubhouse operations including setup, maintenance, and organization of the facility.
- Deliver quality, professional service to visiting team guests and provide general availability to assist with errands and special requests.
- Maintain consistently clean and professional appearance of baseball personnel areas, including carpets, trash removal, and surface detailing – always ensuring a safe and healthy clubhouse environment.
- Stock clubhouse and dugouts with appropriate snacks, beverages, towels, toiletries, and supplies.
- Coordinate the delivery, staging, and clean-up of meals served to players and staff.
- Coordinate and assist with team arrival and departure, including packing, organizing, and loading equipment.
- Maintain equipment and amenities as appropriate.
- Launder, maintain, and distribute all team uniforms, practice gear, and personal player apparel daily; includes cleaning and polishing one (1) pair of shoes per player, coach, and manager daily.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding team matters, player information, and clubhouse activities.
- Disseminate player mail and shipments.
- Assist Baseball Operations Coordinator with game ball preparation,
- Ensure all clubhouse areas remain compliant with MLB PDL requirements.
- Communicate facility maintenance needs to Director of Stadium Operations.
- Contribute to a positive culture consistent with At Bat Group, LLC values.
- Assist with special projects and events as directed.
