The Maintenance Supervisor position at NYSEG Stadium for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies baseball team is a part-time, seasonal position.  The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates the cleaning crew in the mornings following events at the stadium.  The crew consists of approximately 12-16 employees who clean the sky boxes, public restrooms, administrative office, seating area, dugouts, concourses, and residual areas on the property.  The Supervisor is also responsible for the upkeep of leaf blowers, pressure washers, and other equipment used during the cleaning process.  He or she maintains and manages paper and cleaning product stocks to ensure the cleaning process continues without interruption.  He or she reports to the Director of Stadium Operations and fills-in for the Director of Stadium Operations during his absence.  The Supervisor performs training, assists with payroll, and ensures adherence to company standards.  Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures, assisting the Director of Stadium Operations after the cleaning crew is excused, helping with annual and monthly cleanings, and supporting special projects.  Work is primarily in the morning between 6am-10am after events. The position pays between $12.80 and $13.80 per hour depending on experience.  Managerial experience desired.
