Position Overview:
The Chesapeake Baysox are currently accepting applications for the Visiting Clubhouse Manager position for the upcoming 2026 season. This seasonal role runs from April through approximately mid-September, and requires availability for all home games during that time.
Our Visiting Clubhouse has recently been completely renovated, offering an updated and more functional space for players and staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and being part of the day-to-day operations of a professional baseball team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily laundry of all player/coaches/trainers uniforms, personals, towels, etc.
- Facilitate the catering for pre-game and post-game meals for all visiting team personnel including players, coaches, etc.
- Ensuring supplies are fully stocked daily for visiting team including snacks, water, personal hygiene, and laundry (supplies paid for by Baysox). This will include shopping for supplies at local business(es) on a routine basis.
- Providing a clean, comfortable clubhouse setting for the visiting teams as set forth by Baysox and the Major League Baseball.
- Assist visiting team personnel with coordination of loading and unloading buses upon arrival and departure.
- Run personal errands for players/coaches within reason.
Qualifications:
- Previous professional baseball clubhouse management experience, or equivalent experience at the professional or collegiate level of another sport.
- Dependable to work long hours dictated by the Baysox home game event schedule.
- Self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and in tight timelines.
- Able to be service oriented and be available for visiting team players and coaches at all times when they are at the facility.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Additional Information
Attain Partners, the owner of the Chesapeake Baysox, is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual pay for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $175-$225 per game. This role is also eligible for possible tips from players/coaches for exceptional service. Tipping by players/coaches is optional.
