The Seasonal Concessions Manager for the Jefferson City Renegades supports the day-to-day operation of concessions and hospitality areas during home baseball games. This role assists with inventory, staff coordination, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This is a three-month, hands-on, event-driven position ideal for someone with prior food & beverage or hospitality experience who enjoys working in a seasonal, fast-paced, team-oriented setting. 

Primary Duties for the Season: May 10 and August 10:
1.    Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations for the Renegades at Vivion Field.
2.    Assist League Office with determination of all products and pricing to be sold for the season based on portions and product cost
3.    Responsible with the GM for all staffing including hiring, training, scheduling and termination of food and beverage employees.
4.    Responsible for ordering all food and beverage products.
5.    Verify deliveries for accuracy and provide approved delivery receipts to the League Office.
6.    Supervise staff with respect to food preparation, customer service, cleaning and maintenance of service areas and equipment
7.    Ensure food and beverage operation meets all health and safety requirements, following regulations as required in food and alcohol permits
8.    Perform daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure that food is cooked and served properly
9.    Help employees with duties as necessary (i.e., cashier, server, cook, etc.) when necessary
10. Execute the stadium food and beverage operation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste while providing exceptional customer service.
11. Each game close out all food and beverage locations by receiving money and running POS reports. 
12. Track via the POS system all inventory sold at a discount with coding for the purpose of the discount. 
13. Track via the POS system all inventory comped and who requested the complimentary items.
14. Track via the POS system all inventory used or sold as part of ticket packages, birthday parties, picnics, discount nights (i.e., $2 Tuesday, Thirsty Thursday) etc. 
15. Performs end-of-month physical count of all inventory including storage. 
16. Manage the proper display of required employee messaging and permits for the food and beverage operation.
