Job Description:
The Partnership Activation Intern will assist with enhancing our Partners’ experience at the Dash. The ideal candidate is
someone who is self-motivated, creative, and can multitask multiple projects at one time. This internship focuses on
partnership services, in-game activations, and proof of performance with an opportunity for sales experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking pictures of sponsor activations on gamedays
- Uploading and organizing Proof of Performance images and videos from partner activations
- Assisting in designing and organizing presentations, including but not limited to, proposals, promotions, proof of performances, end-of-season recaps, etc.
- Track sponsor activations and maintain inventory lists of partner assets throughout the season
- Collect data pertaining to engagement, impressions, and frequency of sponsor activations
- Aid in pre-game setting up of suites and hospitality areas for each Dash home game
- Assist with any in-game sponsor activations or presentations
- Assist with other departments as necessary
- Other responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to, tarp pulls, firework cleanup, community events,
mascot appearances, etc.)
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is required
- Ability to use camera to capture sponsor activations is preferred (camera provided)
- Ability to work in a team setting
Training:
All new hires in the Winston-Salem Sponsorship department will be thoroughly trained in all job duties and responsibilities.
You will receive training and skills needed to be successful with the Winston-Salem Dash or any other professional team.
