Position Overview: The Creative Services Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative visual content that elevates the team’s brand, enhances the fan experience, and drives revenue across ticket sales, sponsorships, and merchandise. This role oversees the production of all creative assets including print, digital, video, in-stadium graphics, and social media design, while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about both sports and storytelling. A background in Minor League Baseball or Sports Industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve the team’s visual identity, ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently across all platforms
- Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns, ticket promotions, sponsorship activations, merchandise, and community initiatives
- Oversee all in-stadium creative elements including videoboard graphics, animations, signage, and print collateral to enhance the fan experience
- Partner with marketing, sales, sponsorship, and game entertainment teams to concept and deliver creative materials that meet objectives and deadlines
- Create eye-catching graphics, short-form video, and motion design elements to fuel engagement across social media, website, and email
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners (printers, photographers, videographers) to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing short turnaround times and long-term creative initiatives
- Willing to assist in the control room on game days as needed, including managing and operating graphics, video content, and other creative elements that contribute to the in-game entertainment experience
- Supervise interns or junior designers, providing direction, feedback, and professional development support.

Requirements/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
· 2+ years of professional design/creative services experience (sports or entertainment industry experience a plus).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
· Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and photography
· Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation highly preferred
· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a high-energy environment
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Passion for sports, creativity, and enhancing the fan experience
