Reports To – Director of Stadium Operations/ Home Clubhouse Manager
Expected Start Date – April 7, 2026
Expected End Date – September 6, 2026 (possible post-season games)
Compensation – $10 per hour. This Position is part-time and will only work during Dash Home games.
Requirements – 14 years old or older.
Job Summary
Provide high level of service to team and official personnel.
Essential Duties & Functions
- Must be polite, courteous and smile at all times and maintain a professional appearance while at work, representing the Dash
- Set up all water coolers pre-game
- Shag balls during BP and chase all home run and foul balls
- Take predetermined baseball equipment out to the dugout pre-game.
- Collect bats for players after each at bat and return to dugout
- Collect foul balls behind the plate
- Maintain a quick pace while game is in play
- Take extra baseballs to umpire and provide drinking water upon their request
- Return all baseball equipment and water coolers to the clubhouse, clean and return to storage.
Qualifications:
- Have superior customer service skills
- Be able to work nights and weekends
- Be able to work outdoors in the elements
- Be able to stand for several hours at a time
