Program Overview
Launch your sales career through our Sales Development Program, a structured learning experience designed for recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals looking to build a successful career in sales.
This program combines hands-on selling experience, professional development, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help participants develop the skills needed to succeed in a high-performance sales environment. Participants will gain exposure to prospecting, pipeline management, customer engagement, and consultative selling while contributing directly to revenue growth and goals.
Our goal is to develop future sales leaders by providing the training, resources, and experience necessary to build a successful career in sales.

Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through phone, email, and other outreach channels.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery conversations with local businesses for prescriptive selling for season tickets and group outings. 
  • Contribute 50+ touchpoints daily and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Manage sales activities and customer interactions using DBH360. 
  • Participate in customer meetings, weekly sales meetings, and in continued training opportunities. 

Professional Development
  • Complete a structured sales training curriculum focused on prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, mentorship opportunities, and sales development workshops.
  • Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication, customer service focus, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
