Job Title: Parking Lot Attendant
Contract Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $19.00/hour
The San Jose Giants are looking for members to oversee parking operations during home games. The Parking Attendant is the first employee that fans will encounter at the stadium, so it is important to make a friendly and welcoming first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-up and breakdown of parking directional signs
- Directing guests to the appropriate parking area
- Issue parking tickets and collect fees
- Maintaining the flow of traffic entering and exiting parking facilities
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to handle minor conflicts and uphold policies
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and/or evenings
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
