Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) is a subsidiary of Endeavor, the global sports and entertainment company. DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment.  

DBH San Jose/San Jose Giants are currently scouting for a Marketing and Promotions Intern to assist the Marketing team with the execution of all in-park entertainment to enhance the ballpark atmosphere and fan experience. Sample projects include: ideating and execution of in-game promotions, event planning and execution, involvement in the team's community affairs initiative and assisting with social media campaigns. Interns will also participate in off-site appearances and spend time outside the office at appearances with our mascot, Gigante. Prospective employee is expected to be available to work all home games including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in creation of marketing collateral, executing between-inning promotions, off-site street team promotional events and assisting in social media content.
  
 We're looking for a personable, enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented individual who likes being in front of a crowd, possesses exceptional organizational and leadership skills and demonstrates a strong work ethic and professionalism.  Previous experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop preferred. Interest in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok a plus.
 
 Qualified candidate must be able to work effectively on an individual basis and within a team framework, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Applicant is expected to be available to work all 66 San Jose Giants home games including weekdays, weekends and evenings. This is a seasonal position.
