About the Ontario Tower Buzzers
The Ontario Tower Buzzers are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our Usher staff for the upcoming baseball season. Ushers play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for all fans at the ballpark. 
Ushers assist guests throughout the game by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, assisting with seating, and supporting overall stadium operations to enhance the fan experience. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with outstanding customer service and respond to all stadium-related inquiries.
  • Assist fans with locating seats, sections, and amenities
  • Proactively engage with guests to enhance their game-day experience
  • Participate in in-game entertainment elements, including cheers, contest and fan engagement activities
  • Enforce ballpark policies and procedures in a professional and courteous manner
  • Report fan issues or concerns and assist with minor crowd control as needed
  • Support promotional activities, including giveaway and promotional item distribution
  • Perform all duties necessary to ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for guests
     

Qualifications:
  • Friendly, outgoing and customer-service oriented
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the baseball season 
 

Experience:
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
