Job Summary:

Ticket sellers play a vital role in that experience by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service at the Box Office. Ideal candidates are dependable, well-groomed, and customer focused, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests.
Essential Functions:
Process ticket sales accurately at the box office while providing exceptional customer assistance before and during games. Respond to guest questions regarding ticketing, seating, promotions and general stadium information, and collect and handle payments in accordance with established procedures. Deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and electronic payment system proficiency
- Ability to maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance
- Availability/openness to work afternoons and evenings, weekends, and scheduled game days
Duties:
- Sell tickets for admission at the Box Office in an accurate and efficient manner
- Process and accept ticket payments in accordance with established procedures
- Answer guest questions regarding game times, delays, rain policies and rainchecks
- Provide information related to stadium seating, games, and general ballpark details
- Assist guests with troubleshooting ticket-related issues as needed
- Support ticket scanning operations when requested
