JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Ontario Tower Buzzers Baseball Team are seeking a home clubhouse manager. This seasonal, part time position plays a vital role in supporting daily baseball operations and ensuring a clean, organized and professional clubhouse environment. The position reports to the General Manager and works closely with baseball operations staff

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all Ontario Tower Buzzers guidelines and standards as they relate to clubhouse operations and duties
  • Provide and maintain bench and dugout supplies in compliance with Ontario Tower Buzzers rules
  • Set up the dugout for early field work, batting practice, and games, including towels, water and sports drinks
  • Assist with preparing clubhouse snacks, organizing players lockers and laundering travel gear as needed
  • Set up and clean up player meals provided by the General Manager
  • Launder player uniforms, towels and personal items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire clubhouse, including
    Clubhouse and dressing areas
    Coach's offices
    Umpire room
    Restrooms and showers
    Training room
    Storage areas (before, during and after games) 
  • Maintaining inventory of groceries, cookware, dugout supplies, restroom/shower supplies, and clubhouse furniture.
  • Perform additional baseball operations duties as assigned 

 Required Qualifications:
  • Available to work a full schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Previous experience in a similar environment (Previous experience in a professional or collegiate athletic clubhouse environment preferred) 
  • Ability to interact professionally with Front Office staff, players, and coaches
  • Prior Minor League Baseball experience preferred
  • Dependable on reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods of time in adverse weather including rain and heat
  • Individual must be a self-starter with exemplary customer service skills
  • Must possess superior organizational skills and cleanliness
