Seasonal/Game Day position 2026 season
The Ontario Tower Buzzers are seeking energetic, reliable individuals to serve as Bat boy/girls for the 2026 season. This role is essential to game operations and requires a basic understanding of baseball, strong attention to detail, and a professional on-field presence. Bat boys/girls assist with retrieving bats and foul balls, supplying baseballs to the home plate umpire, and supporting pre-and post-game field operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Retrieve bats and baseballs from the playing field during games
- Provide prompt and professional support to umpires, coaches, and players
- Assist with moving, cleaning, organizing and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Support the setup and breakdown of dugouts and bullpens before and after games
- Perform additional game-day duties as assigned by Baseball Operations staff
- Support the Clubhouse Manager as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years of age with a strong understanding of baseball
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work at least 50 games, including Opening Day.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push, and/or carry 30+ pounds as necessary.
- Initiative and has a hardworking, positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for up to 5-6 hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
