Title: Ticket Seller

Reports To: Director of Tickets
Summary:
Ticket Sellers are responsible for the processing of single game ticket sales and distribution of will call or group tickets to patrons of Werner Park.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet fans and provide a positive first impression to patrons at the ticket windows at Werner Park
- Process day of event ticket sales through use of Tickets.com (ticketing system) including cash and credit transactions
- Distribute pre-purchased or group tickets through will call or the advanced ticket window
- Assist with digital ticket issues, as they arise
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding ballpark events and ticketing policies
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
