Title: Storm Front Team Store Sales Associate

Reports To: Director, Retail Operations
Summary:
The Storm Front Team Store Sales Associates works in the during Omaha Storm Chasers games and special events as needed providing supreme customer service to customers with the intent to maximize sales of team merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the Storm Front Team Store
- Complete check-out transactions with customers on a computerized POS system
- Re-stock and reorganize products in the Storm Front Team Store as needed
- Engage with customers as part of the sales process
- Work independently at a remote location away from the store using a mobile POS system
- Balance cash at the end of each event to ensure all accounted for
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heat
- Able to handle cash and make change accurately
