Summary:
Promotions Team members assist with promotions during Omaha Storm Chasers games. This includes promotions on the field, on the concourse and pregame/postgame giveaways/promotions. Promotions Team members also will assist with fan experience and fun while providing customer service to fans in assigned seating areas.
Responsibilities:
- Clean assigned seating areas prior to gates opening
- Select and prepare contestants for promotions while welcoming fans as they enter Werner Park
- Assist with the set-up, execution, and breakdown of daily events and/or promotions while making sure all equipment is organized, in good condition, and stored properly after each game
- Engage and interact with Storm Chasers fans while displaying an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests including assistance finding assigned seats and assisting with first aid or security needs
- Learn and retain stadium, ticket and promotional information
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Auditions for this position will be required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heat
- Ability to easily stand, move up and down stairs, bend, twist, and reach overhead as needed
