Title: Parking Lot Attendant
Department: Gameday Operations
FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Seasonal
Part time March-September
Reports To: Director, Operations
Summary:
Parking Lot Attendants are responsible for collecting parking fees and directing vehicles to parking spots.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all fans as they arrive to the ballpark
- Accept multiple payment methods at entry points to the parking lots
- Direct fans to the appropriate locations outside and inside the ballpark
- Understand the rules and safety regulations of the parking lot operations
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the parking lot
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Willingness to work additional roles inside the ballpark after parking duties are completed
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heat
