Title: Fan Services Attendant
Department: Gameday Operations
FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Seasonal
Part time March-September
Reports To: Director, Ticketing
Summary:
The Fan Services Attendant assists fans with any questions or concerns they may have throughout their experience at Werner Park.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with fans via the Fan Services desk at Werner Park including answering fan questions and addressing fan concerns
- Assist fans who have volunteered to participate in promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Effectively communicate with fans and other Werner Park staff with a positive and engaging demeanor.
- Be well-informed and up to date on the facilities (restaurants, restrooms, first aid) throughout Werner Park
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including: cold, wind, rain and heat
