Title: Fan Ambassador

Part time March-September
Reports To: Director, Ticketing
Summary:
Fan Ambassadors are responsible for using a positive and customer-friendly approach when assisting fans in their assigned seating area within Werner Park.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with Storm Chasers fans
- Check all tickets as fans arrive to their seats
- Clean assigned seating areas prior to gates opening
- Be aware of surroundings as it pertains to guest safety and assist fans with first aid or security needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Learn and retain stadium, ticket, and promotional information
- Assist front office staff with greeting, organization and support at ballpark gates as assigned/directed
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heat
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for long periods of time
