Title: Ballpark Surveillance Specialist
Department: Gameday Operations
FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Seasonal
Part time March-September
Reports to: Director, Operations
Summary:
The Ballpark Surveillance Specialist will focus on surveying video surveillance captured on CCTV cameras throughout the facility before, during, and after Omaha Storm Chasers events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety measures for ingress/egress of Werner Park
- Patrol of property and observation of fan conduct
- Communicate with Operations and Security team regarding any potential breech of security or area of concern
- Work in conjunction with Operations staff to ensure operation of the facility is both effective and efficient
- Complete incident reports as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
