Title: Admissions Attendant

Summary:
Admissions Attendants scan tickets upon entry to the ballpark and/or provide appropriate wristbands to allow access to private areas such as the Prairie Flower Casino Club, suites and party decks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet fans, provide a positive first impression to patrons entering Werner Park
- Assist with digital ticket issues, as they arise
- Scan tickets for entry into the facility
- Review tickets at entry points to private areas in the ballpark and provide wristbands as appropriate
- Monitor access to private areas to ensure only patrons with appropriate ticket/wristbands are allowed entry
- Provide accurate information to fans about how to access private areas of the ballpark (i.e. upgrading tickets, purchase a group, etc)
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding ballpark events and ticketing policies
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screen
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heat
