Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator works with the sales team and clients to ensure that contracts are executed and client relationships are managed to the benefit of the organization.
Responsibilities (applicable to DBH Omaha LLC):
· Collaborate with Marketing/Promotions to execute client benefits, amenities, services, programs, surveys, and events throughout the year
· Track group sales inventory
- Coordinate execution of groups sold – including distribution of tickets and preparation/execution of hospitality
- Manage and communicate hospitality and catering needs with food and beverage provider
- Maintain records of all customers and prospects by utilizing CRM tool
- Act as back-up to ticket operations for all events
· Collaborate with ticket operations staff to convert inbound customer inquiries to sales and to resolve concerns/issues with customers
- Assist Client Services Manager with execution of sponsorship contracts as needed
- Assist with entertainment of clients and potential clients at hosted events
· Build and foster relationships with past, current, and potential new clients
· Generate communications to all groups regarding upcoming event opportunities and usage of tickets/suites that are part of their contract on a consistent basis
· Communicate effectively with all clients and potential clients to deliver customer service that meets management expectations
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Preferences:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
· Two years of experience working in client services preferred
· One year of experience working with a CRM system, KORE preferred
· Ability to present sales material to potential clients
· Ability to solve problems quickly and give attention to details
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
· Ability to communicate easily and effectively
· Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and database programs
· Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for organizational business
· Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Working Conditions:
This job operates in an office environment located at a ballpark. This individual routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers. During games and events, this individual may be exposed to extreme weather conditions.
