The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are seeking energetic and customer-focused Suite Servers for the 2026 season.  Suite Servers will work in the premium food and beverage areas, predominantly the private suites.  Candidates will be responsible for set-up, execution and cleanup of all suites while also ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
-     Provide food and beverage service to guests in private suites and hospitality areas.
-     Take orders accurately and efficiently.
-     Deliver food, beverages and amenities in a timely manner.
-     Set up suites prior to events and complete post-event breakdown and cleanup.
-     Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation standards.
-     Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
-     Communicate with the kitchen, runners and management staff.
-     Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service and stadium policies.
-     Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
-     Pervious experience within a hospitality setting is required.
-     Previous experience in a sports & leisure hospitality setting is preferred.
-     Must be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
-     Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, as well as lift between 20-50 lbs.
-     Must be dependable, punctual and professional in appearance.
-     Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays based on games and events.
