The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion the Toronto Blue Jays. As New Hampshire's only professional sports team, the organization serves as a community champion for the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire while delivering high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individuals who are motivated to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its fan-voted reputation as "Best Ballpark."
Job Summary:
Seasonal Security Guards support gameday and event operations at Delta Dental Stadium. Security Guards play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere for fans, staff, and players. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as this role requires clear and professional interaction with guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence to ensure the safety of guests, staff, players, and visiting personnel
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with guests and staff, including providing directions and explaining stadium policies
- Screen guests using metal detection equipment in compliance with MiLB and NH Fisher Cats policies
- Inspect bags and prohibited items in accordance with stadium security procedures
- Control access points by verifying tickets, credentials, and authorization for restricted areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous security, customer service, or event staff experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to actively engage with guests
- Ability to remain attentive, professional, and engaged throughout each shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs
- Ability to respond quickly in dynamic situations
- Must pass a background check
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time, seasonal employment
- Shifts typically 4–6 hours, primarily evenings and weekends
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- A uniform shirt and hat will be provided

Pay Rate: $15/hr
