Organizational Overview:
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion the Toronto Blue Jays. As New Hampshire's only professional sports team, the organization serves as a community champion for the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire while delivering high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individuals who are motivated to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its fan-voted reputation as "Best Ballpark."
Position Summary:
Designed to provide supervised work experience for applicants to build their expertise and proficiency in production management, as well as enhance their problem-solving abilities. Along with baseball, there will be other opportunities to work events at the stadium. This is a paid hourly position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a camera both stationary/wireless
- Control video scoreboard content displayed during games such as pre-game specials, pump-up videos, player walk-ups, pump-up cams, on-field promotions, and many more.
- Assist in helping with all home games streaming to Bally Live and MLBTV
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Must live within driving distance of Manchester, NH
- Ability to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Desire to work within production and provide families with a fun atmosphere
- Knowledge of baseball preferred
- Experience within a production room is preferred
- Knowledge of camera operation procedures is a plus
- Experience with control room equipment such as Click Effects and NewTek is preferred
- Must be a team player, willing and able to learn new concepts and processes
- Must be able to focus and pay attention to all aspects of the game
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Light office duties and activities.
- Will periodically be required to lift and carry production equipment totaling 50-75 lbs.
