The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion Toronto Blue Jays. As the only professional sports team in New Hampshire, the organization is dedicated to serving as a community leader for both the City of Manchester and the State of New Hampshire, while providing high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.

The Fisher Cats are seeking diligent, reliable, and self-motivated individuals who aspire to make Delta Dental Stadium the premier entertainment destination in the Eastern League and maintain its recognition as the fan-voted "Best Ballpark."

·         Sell concessions to guests during various events.

·         Provide efficient and friendly service by following established procedures.

·         Engage with customers and promptly resolve issues in a customer-focused manner, escalating concerns to supervisors when necessary.

·         Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.

·         Handle cash, issue receipts, and comply with cash handling policies.

·         Safeguard all assigned funds and ensure compliance with overage/shortage standards.

·         Oversee service quality throughout assigned portable stands and permanent fixtures within the ballpark.

·         Ensure responsible alcohol service across designated locations.

·         Preferably possess 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume foodservice environment.

·         Demonstrate the ability to foster teamwork and actively participate in a collaborative environment.

·         SERV Safe Certification is preferred.

·         Assist with preparation, set-up, service, breakdown, and cleanup of picnics.

·         Uphold standards for safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

·         Support warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, delivery, and organizational tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

·         Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.

·         Perform prep, grill, or line duties related to menu preparation and overall food production.

·         Coordinate and prepare orders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food service and presentation.

·         Observe all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

·         Deliver exceptional service to all fans.

·         Comply with all policies and procedures related to customer transactions.

·         Maintain quality and safety standards at all times.

·         Exhibit strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with fans.

·         Demonstrate the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·         Offer scheduling flexibility, including availability for extended or irregular hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         Understand written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with others.
