Organizational Overview:
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion the Toronto Blue Jays. As New Hampshire's only professional sports team, the organization serves as a community champion for the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire while delivering high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individuals who are motivated to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its fan-voted reputation as "Best Ballpark."
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities for the Box Office Staff include but are not limited to:
- Process walk-up ticket orders leading up to the game.
- Assist the Box Office Manager with game operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to fans with ticket-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or event staff experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn how to process sales through our ticketing system.
- The ideal candidates should be well organized and have good communication skills.
- Be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.
- Cash handling experience.
- The ability to work as a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
