The Fisher Cats are seeking diligent, reliable, and self-motivated individuals who aspire to make Delta Dental Stadium the premier entertainment destination in the Eastern League and maintain its recognition as the fan-voted "Best Ballpark."  Bartenders will be responsible for effectively serving all guests while following state and team alcohol guidelines.  Bartenders should be comfortable working alone or in a team setting, depending on the event, and have experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements:

·         Sell concessions to guests during Fisher Cats baseball games and other events, as scheduled.

·         Provide efficient and friendly service by following established procedures.

·         Engage with customers and promptly resolve issues in a customer-focused manner, escalating concerns to supervisors when necessary.

·         Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.

·         Comply with all policies and procedures related to customer transactions.

·         Maintain quality and safety standards at all times.

·         Exhibit strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with fans.

·         Demonstrate the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·         Offer scheduling flexibility, including availability for extended or irregular hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         Understand written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with others.
-         Minimum 1 year bartending experience, required.
-         At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced bartending environment, preferred.
