Salary Range: | $40,000-50,000 (salary commensurate with experience- competitive commission and overtime benefits)

Description:
The Inland Empire 66ers, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Anaheim Angels, are seeking an Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales department. Within this Account Executive role, you will be primarily responsible for selling group tickets and hospitality but will have the flexibility to sell an array of products.  We are seeking a professional, self-motivated, positive individual who is passionate about a career in sports and sales. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with integrity 
  • Research, prospect and establish potential leads through daily phone calls and emails 
  • Build new relationships through outbound calls, networking, social media, and appointments
  • Creative thinker as it relates to revenue generation 
  • Create and develop new group themes and programs
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to new and existing clients 
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments
  • Adhere to department standards in maintaining accurate records detailing sales performance, calls, appointment recaps, and sales prospecting activities 
  • Represent organization at various networking and/or offsite community events
  • Contribute positively to the sales team and company culture
  • Working with other departments to organize events to generate ticket sales and increase attendance
  • Performing game day duties, such as visiting clients, coordinating group experiences, assisting with game activities, and providing superior customer service 
  • Additional related duties as assigned 
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • (1) to (3) years of related experience, with a track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge and passion for sales and leadership 
  • Superior presentation and organizational skills 
  • Team player and the ability to build beneficial working relationships with coworkers
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work irregular hours, events, weekends and holidays as required 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
