Hours: Monday to Friday as required, nights and weekends as needed, 20-30 Hours a week

The Inland Empire 66ers, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Seattle Mariners and a member of Diamond Baseball Holdings, are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Academy Executive. This part-time, temporary position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in ticket sales. In this role, you will primarily focus on selling group tickets and mini plans, engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. You will be a part of our Sales Academy, where you will receive training, and support to develop key skills for a successful career in sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community
- Actively prospect and sell group tickets and mini plans for Inland Empire 66ers games and events.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals, organizations, and groups interested in attending games and special events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads, manage prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Participate in Sales Academy training sessions, team meetings, and coaching opportunities to grow your skills in sports sales.
- Assist with other duties related to sales and service efforts as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience or a passion for sales is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and engaging with potential clients.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule
