Position: Women’s Porter

Reports to: Director of Stadium Operations  

The Women’s Porter position is a part-time/seasonal game day position with the Hudson Valley Renegades, High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. The Porter Staff are responsible for various tasks and jobs in and around Heritage Financial Park before, during, and after our games and non-gameday events, such as concerts, festivals, camps, etc. 

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Ensuring all our bathrooms are kept clean and tidy.

·         Restock bathroom supplies in all our bathrooms.

·         Taking care of fan needs and complaints.

·         Be a presence around the facility in case of spills/messes

·         Assist with post-event cleanup duties.

Other tasks may be assigned as needed by the Director of Stadium Operations.

·         Ability to perform general labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs.), bending, and walking and standing for long periods of time.

·         Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme hot, cold weather, and rain.

·         Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.

·         Must be flexible with working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays including in an outdoor stadium environment from April to September.

·         Must have reliable transportation to and from the stadium.

·         Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.

·         Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

·         Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
