About the Hudson Valley Renegades:
The Hudson Valley Renegades, High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, deliver top-tier baseball and community-focused events at Heritage Financial Park. With a history of developing Major League talent and celebrating local heroes, the Renegades are a vital part of the Hudson Valley region. The Hudson Valley Renegades are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment.

Position Overview:
The Intern, Ticket Sales will assist the Renegades Ticket Sales team with game-day and sales operations. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at a professional baseball team while providing hands-on experience in ticket sales, client services, event management, and ticket operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enthusiastic about a career in ticket sales, and ready to contribute to a fun and memorable fan experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with ticket sales support, including box office transactions, ticket distribution, answering inbound calls, and supporting outreach to local businesses.
  • Assist with servicing group outings and hospitality spaces, ticket office needs, and other fan-facing game-day operations.
  • Support the execution of fan experiences, including Team of Dreams, High Five Tunnel, pregame performances, and national anthem groups.
  • Help manage the Season Ticket Exchange Program and Ballpark Pass inventory.
  • Attend community events, stadium events, and team meetings as needed.
  • Deliver strong customer service and support the Ticket Sales team with additional duties as assigned to contribute to a successful season.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with new people.
  • Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Available to work nights and weekends, including long hours on game days.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
