Job Title: Game Day Entertainer (Ushertainer)
Reports to: Manager, Fan Experience & Social Media
Contract Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $16.00 / hour
The Renegades are hiring Ushertainers for the 2026 season! What is an ushertainer, you ask? Well, that’s a loaded question! An ushertainer can be one of many things: a singer or comedian whose only job is to entertain the crowd, a cheerleader whose role it is to keep fans engaged and cheering loud for the Renegades, any sort of character to enhance the atmosphere of Heritage Financial Park, or someone who can play a larger-than-life version of themselves!

Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age
- Flexibility to work a majority of the 66 Hudson Valley home games
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
- Expected to work 4-5 hours on game days
