Job Title: Bat Boy
Reports to: Manager, Fan Experience & Social Media
Contract Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $16.00 / hour
The Renegades are looking for Bat Boys for the 2026 Baseball season. This is a seasonal, part-time job.
Job Duties Include:
- Pre-game setup of dugouts and bullpens
- Supplying and retrieving balls, items, and equipment
- Responsible for take-down of dugouts and bullpens
- Additional duties as assigned by the Home Clubhouse Manager and Visiting Clubhouse Manager
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age
- Flexibility to work a majority of the 66 Hudson Valley home games
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
- Expected to work 4-5 hours on game days
