The Harrisburg Senators are the Double-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals and represent the state capital with a rich history and a tradition of baseball excellence. The Senators are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dependable individual for the position of Box Office Associate for the 2026 Season. This is a paid seasonal position with a start date beginning January, 2026 and a tentative end date of September, 2026.

Compensation: $1,200 per month, paid hourly

Requirements:
Completing or have completed a four–year college degree in Sport Management, Business or other related field. Ability to work within the dates listed above. Ability to maintain flexible hours, including but not limited to, normal business hours, nights and weekends. Must provide own transportation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process and deliver tickets for season tickets, mini-plans, group outings, fundraisers and picnics
  2. Work closely with Director of Ticket Operations in coordinating box office operations.
  3. Work with ticket sales department to promote packages and ticket plans to all Senators customers.
  4. Work closely with Director of Ticket Operations and Accounting Manager on balancing of ticketing database and accounting systems.
  5. Assist with training and managing of game day box office staff.
  6. Rotational departmental duties. Gain experience in all aspects of team operations including ballpark and field maintenance, setup for ballgames and other events, Senators community events, etc.

Qualifications:
  1. Previous customer service experience, previous sports experience a plus
  2. Previous ticketing experience preferred.
  3. Strong verbal communication, computer and math skills.
  4. Ability to work and communicate well with others
  5. Ability to multi-task and follow instructions from multiple supervisors
  6. Proven organizational skills
  7. Tickets.com (TDC) experience a plus.
