About the Event:
DBH is hosting a company-wide Virtual Talent Day to connect qualified candidates with career opportunities across our Minor League Baseball clubs. Selected applicants will participate in brief virtual screening interviews with DBH leaders and may be referred directly to clubs with open positions. This event is designed for individuals interested in launching or advancing a career in professional sports.

- Ticket Sales & Operations
- Marketing & Promotions
- Stadium Operations
- Retail & Merchandise
- Partnerships / Corporate Sales
- Food & Beverage
- Field Operations
- General / Entry-Level Roles
What to Expect:
- 20-minute virtual screening interview
- Interview conducted via Zoom
- Interviewers are DBH leaders and managers
- Candidates may be referred to multiple clubs
- Follow-up coordinated by HR/Recruiting
Qualifications:
- Interest in working in professional sports
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Availability during February 26–27
- Reliable internet and video capability
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights/weekends (role dependent)
