About the Event:
Diamond Baseball Holdings is launching a focused Ground & Field Operations Hiring Sprint to address urgent staffing needs across our Minor League Baseball clubs. This targeted event will connect candidates with opportunities ranging from seasonal grounds crew to senior field operations leadership. Selected candidates will participate in brief virtual screening interviews and may be referred directly to clubs with open positions.
Positions of Interest:
We are recruiting for:
- Groundskeeper (Seasonal / Gameday)
- Assistant Groundskeeper / Assistant Director of Field Operations
- Director of Field Operations / Head Groundskeeper
What to Expect:
- 20-minute virtual screening interview
- Interviews conducted by experienced field operations leaders
- Opportunity to be matched with multiple clubs
- Potential for seasonal, full-time, and leadership placement
Qualifications:
- Interest in professional turf and field management
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior turf, landscaping, athletics, or grounds experience preferred
- Turfgrass/horticulture education a plus
