Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment.

DBH is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant, Ticketing & Club Marketing with a strong desire to break into the Sports & Entertainment industry. This individual will provide administrative support to the Ticketing and Club Marketing teams and will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of projects to enable the strategic initiatives of DBH. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, professional, and capable of pro-actively managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also have the latitude to initiate and drive projects that will add value to the wider DBH organization. The role will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative and organizational support and act as an Assistant to Chief Strategy Officer and Ticketing & Club Marketing leadership team

· Support in the preparation of documents and presentations for internal and external meetings

· Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and synthesize results for key organizational initiatives

· Coordinate data collection and maintain Ticket Sales & Club Marketing reports and trackers

· Organize team meetings, including preparation of the agenda, taking minutes, and managing follow-up and related tasks

· Assist with the planning and execution of organizational Ticket Sales & Marketing meetings, sales training summits, and other functions

· Support the Corporate Ticketing & Club Marketing teams on ad-hoc strategic projects

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

· 2+ years of relevant experience with Sports & Entertainment industry experience preferred

· Knowledge of or strong interest in Ticket Sales & Marketing

· Excellent organization skills with superior attention to detail

· Proficiency in the MS Office software suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

· Proven ability to manage several projected simultaneously, while working under pressure to meet critical deadlines

· Self-starter with the ability to self-direct and motivate, while working with minimal supervision

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Impeccable judgment with ability to handle confidential information with the upmost integrity and discretion

· Highly motivated and reliable team player with a demonstrated ability to interface and build relationships across multiple levels of management throughout the organization

· Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed
