Position Summary:
The Business Administration & Front Office Intern supports core operational activities across ticketing, merchandising, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative workflows. This role provides broad exposure to the business side of a professional baseball organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with merchandise operations, inventory processing, and retail sales
  • Support ticket office needs and customer assistance during office hours
  • Maintain CRM and data management systems
  • Track sponsorship deliverables, proof-of-performance, and partner inventory
  • Assist with internal administrative tasks, scheduling, and document management
  • Support office operations and customer inquiries
