Position Summary:
The Box Office & Ticket Sales Intern plays a key operational and customer-facing role within the club’s ticketing and revenue operations. This position supports walk-up sales, account management, group sales outreach, and game-day ticket booth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with walk-up and advance ticket transactions using the team’s POS/ticketing system
  • Support will-call distribution, season ticket pickup, and digital ticket troubleshooting
  • Provide customer service related to seat options, pricing, group packages, and accessibility needs
  • Participate in outbound sales campaigns (email, phone, and onsite outreach)
  • Update ticketing records, sales logs, and tracking reports
  • Assist with group reservations, youth leagues, corporate packages, and community ticket programs
  • Conduct basic market research on potential ticket buyer segments
  • Help manage game-day ticket booth operations to ensure efficient flow and positive guest experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Interest in sports sales, ticketing, or customer experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
  • Accuracy in data entry and transaction handling
