Job Title: Seasonal Field Marketing Team Member (local applicants only)
Job Summary: The Charlotte Knights are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Seasonal Field Marketing Team for the 2025–2026 season. As a Field Marketing Team Member, you will play a key role in connecting with fans, promoting the Knights brand, and building engagement around the Charlotte area. Field Marketing Team Members will assist with on-site and off-site events such as the Light the Knights Festival, Knights Baseball, Taste of Charlotte, local Little League fields, festivals, expos, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Represent the Charlotte Knights brand at both on-site and off-site events.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and teardown of marketing activations and displays.
- Gather fan information and assist with database growth and lead generation.
- Distribute promotional materials and giveaways to event attendees.
- Support the Marketing Department at Knights Games as assigned.
- Assist the Field Marketing Coordinator in creating engaging ideas for executing off site promotions.
- Engage with fans and families in a fun, positive, and professional manner.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Strong attention to detail and a pulse on current and trendy community events.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and 2026 home games as required.
- Must provide transportation and a state issued Drivers License.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from events.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and community involvement.
- Comfortable interacting with large groups and representing the Knights brand.
