Position Overview:
As a Member of the Carousel Crew, your job will be to help execute all aspects related to the fan experience of a Binghamton Rumble Ponies game. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the coordination of pre and post-game activities and assisting with the execution of all on-field games and entertainment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with all Gameday promotional activities (decorating, pre-game giveaways, on-field contests and post-game activities)
- Select and/or escort in-game promotions contestants to the proper staging location for their contest
- Advise contestants of all rules and regulations of the contest and get them to sign a waiver prior to participating in the contest
- Assist with the execution of all in-game contests
- Work closely with the gameday experience manager, gameday host and rest of the carousel crew
- Ensure all fans have a memorable experience
Skill Requirements:
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to interact with fans of all ages
- Creative background
- Willing to get in costume for theme nights and in-game promotions
