Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Create and maintain partnerships with suite and season ticket holders
Main point of contact for all suite holders during the season
Grow and maintain season ticket client base through renewal and cold call process
Reaching out to local business to promote and sell season ticket packages
Learn how to manage, update, and sell tickets via TicketReturn
Assist with inbound calls and daily box office transactions
Hire, train, and manage suite level staff
Manage all suite level hospitality services (organizing all pre-orders, serving and prepping food, increasing food and beverage sales)
Process all payments for suite level and provide timely reports to the CFO
Work all 69 Travelers regular season home games, plus off day events
Other duties as assigned
Report to Assistant General Managers

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience in hospitality and sales preferred
Experience working in a box office and fulfilling daily box office transactions
Comfortable making high volume of calls on a daily basis
Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve goals
Experience running an hourly staff
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, and related POS systems)
