Sales Associate                                         

POSITION SUMMARY (PURPOSE OF POSITION):

Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Retail Store located at the Flatirons Mall.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opening and closing the location
• Retail sales transactions
• Ticket transactions
• Credit Card reconciliation
• Inventory Maintenance

Customer service is paramount as our associates are responsible for representing the organization and answering questions regarding tickets, in-game promotions, Community Events and stadium operations. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Previous retail experience necessary
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends
• Basic Windows computer system knowledge
• Ability to Multi-task
• Professional manner to handle demands of store location

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:

• Work schedule is based on store hours. Store hours can change during the year. Schedules can vary due to business volume

• WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, including during peak hours.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving store merchandise.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, such as stocking shelves and handling merchandise, while maintaining focus on customer service.
  • Work in a busy retail environment with fluctuating noise levels and a fast-paced atmosphere, particularly during peak hours.
  • Ability to work in varying store temperatures and conditions.

SALARY RANGE:

• $16.73/hr. This is a part time position not eligible for all company benefits.
