Representative, Suites & Party Facilities
POSITION SUMMARY (PURPOSE OF POSITION):
- Assist with the everyday operations of the Suites & Party Facilities Department. Includes, but is not limited to, processing ticket orders, customer service, sales support and game day operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing Suite & Party Facility orders which includes seating, invoicing, payment, printing and shipping tickets
- Collaborate with Outbound & Inside Sales to provide ongoing service support
- Serve as a point of contact for the Suites and Party Facilities hotline, processing ticket sales, handling client questions, fulfilling special requests, and responding to voicemails
- Respond to emails received through the Suites & Party Facilities general inbox
- Communicate with the Aramark catering department to ensure facility reservation accuracy and quality game day customer service
- Manage ticket printing requests, FedEx shipments and maintain shipping records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation information within Microsoft Teams
- Create digital and printed client door signs for each suite and create company picnic signs for each picnic
- Assist with the Suite & Party Facilities set-up for each game
- Assist with closing of picnic areas and of suite level at conclusion of games
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients including visiting suites on game days
- Must be able to interact effectively with all internal departments and represent the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club in a professional manner at all times
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree preferred
- Expert in customer service, time management and organization

- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, especially during the season
WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
- Moderate physical requirements
- Traditional hours during the off-season, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Non-traditional hours during the season, including nights and weekends.
- Required to close the suite level on game nights (must stay minimum thirty minutes following end of game).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure quality customer service on game days. This includes assisting game day staff with client questions and concerns, and upholding all suite level rules and regulations
- Ensure all Suites & Party Facility areas are open and closed at appropriate times, properly staffed and special client requests are fulfilled
Salary and additional compensation:
- The base salary range for this full-time position is $48,000 to $50,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills, and any other factors the Colorado Rockies consider relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
