Part Time Authentics Associate            

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist in sales and operations of the Colorado Rockies Authentics program

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the operation of the Authentics kiosk during the Colorado Rockies 2026 season
• Gain familiarity with the MLB authentication program
• Learn about game-used and autographed merchandise
• Daily store opening and closing process
• Retail sales
• Excellent customer service
• Inventory management
• Aid in operation of the Colorado Rockies Archive program
• Take part in ecommerce through email and auction sales*

JOB QUALIFICATIONs:

• Prior experience in retail and inventory control
• Proficient in Apple iOS software programs
• Must be organized, attentive to detail and can multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work game nights and weekends as needed
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Professional image and demeanor
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel*

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:

• Work Environment: Work will be split between a warehouse and stadium main concourse
• Physical Activities: Applicants can expect to spend extended amounts of time standing on the concrete concourse. Must also be capable of lifting items weighing 20+ pounds.
• Operations assistant can also expect to spend extended periods of time sitting at a desk
• Work schedule: These are seasonal positions:
•  Sales associates work during the 81 Rockies home games. Applicants should be able to work at least 60+ home games
•  Operations assistant: Monday - Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) + must be available to work early morning, game nights and weekends as needed

COMPENSATION RANGE:

• $19.86  per hour.
• This is a temporary, part-time position that is not eligible for company health and welfare benefits. In addition to the hourly wage, the Club provides a 401(k) with employer match, employee parking, employer-provided game tickets to home games, employee discounts on merchandise, employee assistance program, and so much more! All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and the terms of official plan documents, which may be modified or amended at any given time.
